He won the Istanbul University Faculty of Law with honors in 1994 and completed his internship training at the Istanbul Bar Association after graduating from the faculty in 1999. Alt\u0131ndere, who also completed his master's degree in Private Law at the Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, worked as a freelance lawyer in Istanbul until 2006. Alt\u0131ndere transferred his registration from the Istanbul Bar Association to the Mersin Bar Association in 2006 and established the Alt\u0131ndere Law Firm in Mersin. Alt\u0131ndere Law Firm is one of the largest law firms in the Mediterranean region today with a capacity of over 50 employees.
